The Goulding Process, SleepTalk® For Children is a wonderful, non-invasive, safe, 2-minute process that you, the parent(s) conduct with your child in your home after your child has gone to sleep. A powerful process of positive parenting that allows parents to take back control of their children’s behavior and attitudes and encourage the growth of a well-rounded child whom is less likely to succumb to peer pressure, drugs, alcohol and negative behavior.

A self-esteem program for children aged 0-14 years

One fee is charged for individual monitoring of up to 4 children in the one family

  • Initial consultation with parent(s) in clinic or via Skype
  • 3 months monitoring, support & guidance via phone, skype, email
  • Consultation to review your children’s individual progress at 3 months
  • Re-write of script at 3 months if necessary to address any specific issues, further monitoring period and review at 6 months
